Fashioned from the finest quality English burr walnut and curl walnut veneer
with all the interior fittings from solid English walnut.
Decorative details consist of ebony, tulipwood and boxwood stringing lines and
the marquetry clan badge in the top is made from maple, ebony, sycamore and pearwood.
The box has twenty-seven hand dovetailed drawers, two sliding display spaces and one
secret compartment. It has a small removable box for travelling and all of the
drawers and doors are locked with one key, the doors and rear drawers being locked
internally by hand made spring locking mechanisms.
